K Family Photo Session

Me and Sadie have something in common. We both hate getting woke up. She was right out of it and we woke her up, put her outside and took pictures of her. Thanks to Grandma's super Grandma ways she was able to get some smiles for us. Picture postcard guys-- such a beautiful sweet family.

My Family Photo Shoot Finally :)

As a photographer you are always taking the pictures and at the end of the year you look back and say "where are the pictures of me and my family with me?". So my greatest assistant and sister Oshi took our family photo's. I was so happy to get them done and was even more esatic when I got them back and saw how wonderful they turned out. Thank you my sister. You must have learned from the best. :) haha

Tyler and Megan // Married

I think Megan is a person who likes things just so. She must have been thrilled with her wedding day because everything went just so. The weather, everything on time, the hall looked beautiful, the girls all looked gorgeous, the guys all behaved ;) I was so happy to share in their special day that went just so...

R Family photo session

We did this family session at their home. They live down a road I call Honey road and live at a place that everyone hopes they can raise their kids some day. Gravel road, open fields, large creek, and trails through the forest in the backyard. There is so much room to explore and grow. Rob and Rhonda have the most lovely girls. It was a treat to spend a few hours with them that beautiful day.

I have known the Grunsell family for a while now. Their not so little any more Sydney was my flower girl. So when they asked me to take their family pictures, I was really excited. I knew it would be fun. Fun it was.

These two have fun together all the time. I think it really showed in their pictures. They were up for anything and had fun just being themselves. I don't even know if I can pick a favorite picture.

This photo shoot was a long time coming. We joked about what other natural disaster could come and postpone this shoot yet again. But a last we were able to getter' done. It was a lot of fun and little Anna was just doll. Here is a couple of teasers for you guys.

Paul and Elissa //Engaged

Paul has been a friend of my for a couple of years now. I had not met his fiance until just a couple of months ago. She is the type of person who you meet for the first time and feel like you have been friends for years. Paul and Elissa are adorable apart and even more adorable together.

Whirl Wind

May 16 2011 our house burned down. We had only been living in our first home for four months. Wildfire came very unexpectedly and very quickly. We only had to time to grab the essentials. We were not hurt.

The last few weeks have been busy with insurance and trying to find a place to stay until our home can be rebuilt. Its really crazy how life can change so quickly. One night everything can be so normal and go so bad so quickly.

Here is a picture of what is left.

We are trying to view this as a clean start- we have been freed of all the things people keep cause they can't throw it away. We are going to keep our life as simple as possible, so we can focus on whats really important.

We had a lot of fun doing this photo session, Lacey included. It was cold but Lacey kept us all moving and we kept relatively warm.

Photo Booth fun!

This was a lot of fun! The guests loved it. The guests all took their own pictures with a remote trigger.  I think it made them feel more at ease to be goofy, and goofy they were young and old. This is a great way to add some uniqueness to your special day.

Jeff+Ashley//Married

A winter wonderland is how Ashley and Jeff's wedding turned out to be on January 15th 2011.  It was the most perfect day.  It was a tad cold. Like about -32 degrees Celsius.  I actually frostbite the tips of my fingers.  But enough about me... Congratulations you two! I loved photographing your day.
